HERE ARE SOME FAQs ABOUT THE REOPENING OF OUR LOBBY TO THE PUBLIC!

Q: When will WWO’s lobby reopen to the public?

A: We are reopening our lobby to the public starting December 6, 2021.

Q: Do I have to wear a mask when coming into the lobby?

A: Yes. We will not allow anyone to enter the lobby without a mask.

Q: Can I stop by anytime and speak with my attorney?

A: Typically, no. You are welcome to stop by our office; however, you will need to fill out a form to request an appointment with your attorney.  It is recommended you call or email to make an appointment with your attorney. Most questions can be answered over the phone or by email, either by our staff or your attorney. Our office will always respond to a phone call or email. 

Q: What COVID-19 safety measures is WWO taking in their lobby area?

A: We sanitize the lobby counter after each person leaves, we encourage the use of hand sanitizer and require the use of facemasks by every person.  

Q: What times will the lobby be open?

A: Generally, on Monday through Friday it will be open from 9:00AM – 12:00PM and 1:00PM -4:00PM. Although there may be days the lobby will close early so watch our website for updates! It will also be closed on all major U.S. holidays.

Q: Can I stop by to drop off/pick up paperwork or sign something?

A: Yes – if our lobby is open, our staff are happy to help with these items. You also may leave documents in our drop box, which is located to the right of our front door.

Q: Can I get my documents notarized?

A: Yes. However, we recommend you call before driving to our office, to ensure a notary is available. Not all of our staff members are able to notarize documents.
